How do I place an order?
WhatsApp your list to +91 93590 95541 or use the form on this page. We confirm availability and price, then give you a delivery slot. Orders placed before 8 pm reach you the next morning.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum. Delivery is free on orders above ₹499; below that a small delivery charge applies depending on your area.
How do you keep produce fresh in transit?
We harvest against confirmed orders, so nothing waits in storage. Leafy vegetables travel in ventilated crates, dairy in insulated boxes with gel packs, and the whole run is completed within a few hours of packing.
Something arrived below standard. What now?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we will replace the item on your next delivery or refund it - whichever you prefer. No forms, no argument.
I want to supply produce to Freshoo. Where do I start?
Start with the vendor registration form. It takes about five minutes and our sourcing team calls you within two working days.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes - for restaurants, cafes, offices and festival gifting. Choose “Bulk / corporate enquiry” in the form above and we will send our trade rate card.
