Supplier FAQ
I am a small farmer without a GST number. Can I still register?
Yes. Select "Unregistered Dealer" as your vendor type and the GSTIN field stays hidden - it only appears for registered dealers. Most of our partner farmers supply to us without GST registration.
Do I need an FSSAI licence to supply raw produce?
For raw, unprocessed fruit and vegetables a basic FSSAI registration is enough. For processed items (flours, ghee, honey, oils, paneer) a valid licence is mandatory before we can place an order.
How and when will I be paid?
Payment is made by direct bank transfer (NEFT) within seven days of goods being received and graded at our facility.
What happens after I submit this form?
You get a reference number on screen immediately. Our sourcing team verifies your details and calls you within two working days to discuss crops, volumes, rates and pickup schedules.
